Evolution!
In the olden days, milk
was perceived as a proper meal, not a basic component but a proper one. As we
developed technologically and culturally, we found out that milk could be so
much more and that we could literally have a plethora of food items and dishes
to go with it. That’s when the Pandora’s Box was let loose.
- We discovered
that boiling the milk kills all its unnecessary germs and impurities. We named

that we could continue to boil add a hint of lemon and make paneer out of it.

that we could freeze it and get a new form of it, there again.
- We found out
that there could be so much done with milk, while retaining its basic nature
